Wonderful facilities right on the beach! Little difficult navigating from the East pier with heavy suitcases initially so would recommend reaching out to the hotel beforehand to assist with arrival. We did encounter an issue with the AC on arrival but was immediately upgraded when the problem could not be resolved. Wonderful seemless transfer service to the airport! Highly recommend staying here at Railay Beach. Excellent breakfasts each morning.

De plek en uitstraling van de accommodatie is echt super. Een mooi opgezet resort, dichtbij de winkels en het straatje waar je kan eten en drinken. Ontbijten aan het strand, geluiden horen van beesten die wij nog nooit hadden gezien of gehoord. Gevoelsmatig zit je in de jungle.

Als we dan echt iets moeten bedenken; De waterdruk uit de douche was heel weinig waardoor het uitspoelen van haren wat minder makkelijk ging. We hebben een top verblijf gehad en zouden zo nog eens terugkeren.

Le Resort est très beau et propre, les piscines sont belles et l'emplacement

La chambre que j'ai eu ne correspondait pas aux photos sur Booking, une chambre sombre vetuste, humide et un jacuzzi qui n'en est pas un. Salle de bain encore plus vétuste, avec des taches au mur. J'ai du changer de chambre pour une chambre inférieure donc moins chères et ils ont refusé de me rembourser. Très très déçue, ça n'a rien à voir avec ce que j'avais réservé et bien loin du 4 étoiles.
