Railay Village Resort & Spa

Location was perfect.. right at the heart of Railay beach west, reaching by boat via ao nang mao pier was great. Didn’t have to worry about being wet. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The restaurant served halal food and plenty of food options were available. Breakfast at this a hotel is quite good. We stayed at jacuzzi villa. Room was quite spacious, well maintained, regularly cleaned. Naturally really blessed, well kept hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The private transport from Krabi airport to hotel was well arranged.

Beautiful Pool was lovely but needed some cleaning

Can't beat location The location has a lot of restaurants - it's not middle of nowhere but well developed area Big villa with Jacuzzi Lounges right next to the beach Great breakfast The most beautiful place in the world with great food Reception speaks english Varanus salvator Innokentiy lives under our villa You can buy transfer to airport at any kiosk - 900 bhat for 2 people, 6am boat 6-45am at airport

The main concern is that reception sold me transfer to airport for 1800 for 2 people while it costs 900 in kiosk everywhere. 1. Jacuzzi was dirty. They did not clean it properly. They need to fill and run it before every guest which is expensive and timely. 2. After jellyfish bite reception did not have vinegar. Clearly not qualified, the man who works in the hotel helped me with local leaves. I need to say that they were helpful but didn't know what to do. 3. Hotel did not reply in booking chat when I asked them if they can meet us at East railay. - there is a shortcut through hotel property to the reception, about 5 minutes walk. 4. Jacuzzi works. It feel dated because of chrome parts but it works. It's actually really nice.

Good location on beach although you do hear a constant buzzing from the boats on the beach. Pool lovely. Staff lovely.

Not enough deck chairs around the pool. Were upgraded to the honeymoon suite as they had lost my booking but it felt like a downgrade as no windows.

La playa es muy linda, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, pegada a la walking street. El desayuno frente al mar era muy lindo. La habitación es espectacular, grande. Lo ideal es levantarse temprano he ir a la playa que está del otro lado. Es un sueño.

Durante el día la playa se llenaba de barcos, pero se Compensa porque cerca tenes otras playas que no tiene barcos. La habitación era hermosa pero estaba al final de todo por lo cual tenías que caminar bastante para llegar a la playa.

Quiet, small, relaxed and beautiful. An oasis in the crowds.

More bins in communal areas needed.
