Railay Village Resort & Spa

The location of the hotel is great, on the beach and close to all other bars and restaurants. The pools and gardens are well maintained and clean. The transfer service to the airport was seamless, it was very impressive. Staff were always helpful and friendly where they could be.

Overall some of the facilities feel very dated and not well invested or maintained, particularly for the money being spent by customers. We had issues with the baby cot provided (unsafe with sharp rusty hinges) which we had to flag and get a replacement for. The restaurant only had two baby high chairs, even though many guests staying had babies. Of the two chairs they did have, one of them had a broken harness so couldn’t be used. This does not make for very relaxing or practical meal times if you have a baby, as we then had to do every meal with her on our lap. They need to invest in some working and safe high chairs and have more available. The breakfast was lacking in quality, often buffet dishes were not replenished and left empty which was not enjoyable. There is only one coffee machine and it is very slow, the queue would be five people long and it would take 15 minutes to get a coffee! The queue for eggs also would often be a 10minute plus wait. Overall the breakfast is not good enough for the price of the hotel rooms.

Nous avons bien aimé la chambre. Nous avons bien aimé. La piscine aussi. Le personnel n’était pas très sympa.

La atención del servicio era horrible, nos trataron como si no fuésemos clientas del hotel desde el primer momento. Incluso en el desayuno, no hay ningún control. O les preguntamos si había basura para tirar y nos sugerían llevárnosla nosotras. Además la habitación era un quiero y no puedo. Mucho calor en la zona de la bañera, no hay aire. Éramos 3 y solo nos dejaron 2 juegos de zapatillas y 2 albornoces. La estancia ha sido decepcionante

Fica na praia mais linda de Krabi, em Railay Beach. Os quartos são amplos, apesar de não serem tão novos.

Achei o café bem fraco. Tanto a comida, qto o lugar. Apenas a vista é boa. O hotel fica em uma península acessada apenas por barco. Quando se chega em Railay Beach não tem placas pro hotel… fomos pelo caminho mais longo com várias malas, tendo que carregar as malas por areia e no sol de meio dia… soubemos no dia de ir embora que tinha um atalho pelo hotel, que o tornava muito próximo ao Porto e que nem passava por areia… minha sugestão é que mandem essa informacao para os hóspedes qdo efetuarem a reserva ou que, entrem em contato com os hóspedes para saber o horário de chegada e mandem um funcionário ir buscar as malas no Porto, assim como o meu hotel de Ko Phi Phi fez. Tem uma piscina antiga perto da areia da praia, porém a piscina bonita que tem fotos aqui, fica no fundo do hotel. Também acho que poderia ter mais espreguiçadeiras em frente ao hotel. Tem apenas 3 camas, o restante são as mesas do restaurante.
