I loved the service, the family friendly atmosphere, the traditional Japanese feel, the breakfast was great. Overall, it was a great cultural experience. The tea ceremony was beautiful. The onsen was great and relaxing. the rooms were spacious, lot of light and very clean. I would stay here again.

It was expensive.

Clean, convenient, convenient store close, personalized te ceremony, they have a bath in the ground floor, we even had a music performance. Beyond my expectations!

Clean and spacious room in a traditional japanese style. Very friendly and welcoming staff, had a wonderful experience here. Especially loved the tea ceremony.

The hotel smelled so nice upon entering. It was quiet and relaxing. The welcome tea and the personal touch showing you to your room was nice. The free activities and tea ceremony were a delight. They took photos of our group and printed them out for us to bring home. They are so sweet and the older couple seemed like having grandparents in Japan! They stood outside to send us off. I wish we stayed longer.

The onsen was fine, just was thinking it would be more nature like and was more like a shallow hot tub. It was clean though.
