"Terrible"

It was the worst stay possible. Our bathroom shower door was missing! every time I would shower all the water would spill onto the floor. They did not provide us with an everyday towel, I had to go all the way downstairs to ask for one. It had roaches! I saw about 10 roaches the 7 days that I stayed there. They did not come and clean my room every day. The bed was disgusting, when I slept and the sheets rolled up you could see stains and black marks on the bed. The view was amazing but you could never tell if it was sunny or cloudy because the glass was dirty. It was the worst hotel experience. The hotel had no wifi. If you wanted wifi you had to go to the lobby. I waited about an hour and 45 minutes just to get into my room the first day. The staff was not friendly.

"Hotel room was fine. Front desk was a terrible."

The room was fine for what I paid or at least what I expected. However the front desk was a joke. It took me 3 tries and over an hour and half to check in. The process is done manually. They don't have enough key cards. They manage the check-in with a pen and paper spreadsheet. Really annoying to deal with when its the middle of a beautiful day and you want to be at the beach or lounging by the pool.

"Good"

Cheap hotel but facilities falling apart. No hot water for 6 days. Door handle coming off. Windows did not completely shut. Balcony door would not lock. No key to safety lock box. WiFi worked only about 25% of the time.

A warning for those who come from 1st world countries:This hotel is bare bones. The location is its only saving grace. Hotel check in as at 3 pm, which the staff strongly adhere to. Luckily they will hold your luggage

"Not a very pleasant experience"

Reviews of this hotel were really bad but I generally don't choose hotels only based on reviews and I decided to give it a shot. We were a group of 9 and booked 4 rooms (in August 2014). we arrived at the hotel 5 months later and were placed on 4 different floors. We asked to have all rooms on the same floor, were told it was impossible and we got 2 rooms on two floors after a long negotiation. 1 of the room was not ready till 4.30pm (it should have been ready at 3pm) and an 81years old lady was forced to wait till that time in the reception with no aircon (on a very hot day!). We were told that room was ready but had to wait another 15min once we get there as the maids were still cleaning. 2 rooms had no towels, we had to chase and finally got them in late afternoon. Staff was quite rude, they didn't even apologized for all the problems, they only said it was high season and were busy! Towels were missing everyday from 2 rooms (we had to go to reception everyday for that!) and room never cleaned properly (sheets never changed!). I understand that it is a 2stars hotel and I was not expecting a high level of service (especially after reading all the reviews) but I was extremely surprised to see how bad the customer service was.

"Rat Infested Hotel with Poor Service"

upon entering the lobby to check in, we observed numerous people jumping on furniture and screaming. Then we observed the staff with brooms trying to kill a large rat that was running around the lobby area. Hotel smells like a cigar den with mildew and years of staleness. Water would not turn off in shower and calls for towels fell on death ears. Great location especially if you like listening to loud music all night and no ventilation in the room except for the A/C that is not existent in the day and outrageously cold in the night.
