Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Dining

Very nice property in a beautiful part of Switzerland. Friendly staff and lots of areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Great breakfast options and lots of options for restaurants in addition to the one onsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Nothing, it was perfect!

No air conditioning, which is fine in the mountains. But the restaurant was a bit loud at night.

It was clean and rooms were large. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice offer of fruit in the room. Location is convenient if you’re connecting between cities, but there isn’t much in the town.

It was extremely expensive for the amenities and general hotel. We spent the same price per night at another hotel which was far superior. Also lack of AC / ventilation was a bit rough during the heat wave. Very little food options around.

Clean

The treatment is strange, welcoming at first and every time I address the host he accuses me of something I didn't do. One time he took a gas “canister out of my room!!” to tell me that he checked some of my belongings and made sure I used them as he found a hot pot, knowing that there are sensors doesn’t make any alarm! and such gas cannot be used in the house “of course we know what” and I cannot be left in the car or in the sun to prevent an explosion. But he said you used it and this is forbidden, knowing that I didn't use it. His way was bad. He also found a problem that had been going on for a long time and asked me in an annoying way about it. On day they’re entered the room and cleaned it and I warned them not to do that because there were things like my wallet with money in it and passports and others. They didn't even apologize for that but said I will call the police if you accuse us of anything! The experience cannot be repeated even if it is free.

Simon is very kind and very accommodating. He did everything he could to get a breakfast sorted for my collueges. Could not reccomend more.

Too Expensive for the service provided Breakfast was very ordinary and there were so many flies sitting on food, when we asked the waiter said that they were clean.
