"Basic and happy with it"

Basic good bed, decent shower. All that was asked for. On 2nd floor so colleague with mobility problems, I mentioned, struggled a touch but would go back. Only saw cleaning lady- no other staff

"Not what we were expecting from a "Hotel"."

Good location for Taunton town centre. Good size room. Good shower. Good wifi. Clean. Good free parking. Comfortable bed.

In spite of its name , this is not a hotel. No reception, no catering. It is an Air BnB without the breakfast. The key code was provided by text which did not open the front door. We were let in by another resident. The room key was where it was meant to be. The room was through and immediately off a "lounge area". Whilst clean, the minimal decor was old. The whole experience was very impersonal.

"Very practical location"

The humanless check in (and out) is unusual for an hotel but works well The location and parking are very convenient

During the heat wave the room temperature was unbearable and impossible to cool down. The fan was useless and not clean, full of dirt. A fridge for cold water would have been appreciated As the windows could not be closed (see above) the street noise was disturbing at night and early morning Price is excessive.

"Great for a couple of exhausted nights 😅"

It was clean & comfortable, and exactly where we needed to be for the BlueTone festival in Vivary Park

No humans. Self checkin, no breakfast.
