The location and decor were awesome, and the staff were very nice.

If your room is above the patio, it is a bit noisy at night with the social life there and in the morning when deliveries are being made. But, the view from the 3rd floor room was pretty good.

Really friendly welcome, lovely staff. Room was clean and well presented, lovely place to stay, in a great location. Stayed for diner and had a lovely meal with great service.

"Great two night stay in a hotel perfectly located in Conwy"

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Conwy. The staff were very helpful and were happy to give information about the town and facilities. The room was comfortable and clean. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good.
