"Lovely atmosheric hotel in the center of Conwy."

8.0

Great central location for exploring Conwy etc. Convenient car park at rear and front of the property. Very atmospheric Hotel. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was nicely decorated and furnished and bed was comfy.Bathroom was very nice and clean. Did not have breakfast or dinner so cannot comment. We have stayed before and will return.

Bedroom quite hot at night even though the heating was off. Could not get to sleep as people were talking very loudly outside the hotel entrance on the street which was just below our bedroom window. Street quite noisy in the morning. Outside rear seating space at the hotel was very poor and tacky. These are all very minor observations.

"The staff and location are excellent. The property itself needs more attention."

7.0

This property is in a very good central location and an easy walk to the castle, harbour and restaurants. The staff were excellent.

The finishes and furnishings were a bit tired and worn. The carpets were stained as was some of the upholstered furniture. This gave the appearance of an unclean property, even though the daily cleaning seemed very adequate. Coaching Inn Group needs to invest in this property. The photo shows an example of dirty and worn upholstery.

"Exceptional hotel in an unimprovable location"

10.0

I was fortunate to be given a deluxe double at a single room rate which proved to be excellent value. The room far exceeded my expectiations being both sizable and comfortable with very good quality furniture and fittings. Breakfast was tasty and filling with a good selection of buffet items and a well cooked hot dish. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly.

I am not a fan of dogs in hotels and would rather they weren't catered for but I understand why they are. I really can't think of a single thing otherwise that disappointed me.
