Café da manhã estava bom. Localização boa também.

I had a horrible experience. I booked the hotel because it said their front desk functioned 24/7. I arrived in Sucre very early, at 6am. The door was closed. I was alone outside, in the middle of the street, at dark. There was a phone number you could call on a paper at the door. As a tourist, I had no Bolivian number or data. I had to wait for someone to pass by on the street and ask them to use their phone. When I called, it still took the person who was there around 5 minutes to let me in. As I was knocking on the door worried, the person yelled me to be silent and wait. On top of this, the wifi wasn't working, so I had to go to a café to work from my laptop.

There is no lift - but the hotel makes up for this by scoring top points on everything else
