I used the stairs to get to the suite and the Frigobar was empty, it was supposed to be a suit, not a regular room.

This hotel is really beautiful. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast and very large, comfortable room with a fridge. I also liked the location which is in a great area of the city within walking distance of most things you could wish to see. The roof terrace offers some lovely views of the city too.

Would be good to have smart TV services in the rooms, but only a very minor point.

Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vieles per Fuß und alles mit dem Bus erreichbar. Frühstück ist okay.

A small thing but could definitely use some blackout curtains.

There are many great hotels in the Sucre area to enjoy- Sadly I would not recommend Villa Antigua. Despite good staff and a nice hotel- I was overcharged for my stay and when I reached out to Expedia to assist in this overcharge I was told the hotel was not willing to explain the amount. Very disappointed in this hotel and the unexplained overcharge. I'd recommend trying one of the many other local hotels.

WC cistern leaked .. it was fixed immediately once reported

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Sucre. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained with outdoor and indoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the views.

good location; very comfortable mattress; excellent coffee shop on the premises.

very bad shower enclosure, water runs out over most of bathroom floor, disappointing.
