Just got back from a mini spring break vacation 4/4-4/8/24 with husband and friends. It's our third time back and it always feel like home. We stayed in rooms 242-243 next to the main pool. Great view, semi private balcony, rooms where located right next to the pool where all the action party was happening! PERFECT!!! Shout out to Felix at the front desk, Angel our driver and Lalo our pool waiter. You gents were awesome!

I really enjoyed my first stay at Casa Cupula. The room was great and included a lovely terrace. I met some nice people at the pool parties. I also did the spa package and Luis was wonderful! Most importantly, I really liked the people who worked there. We had some good conversations and they were very attentive as well . . . gracias to Felix, Miguel, Saul & Simon for helping to make it such a warm and inviting place to be!

It is a special experience to visit this resort tucked away in a secluded area just 10-15 minutes from the beach. Although billed for the gay male clientele, no one is turned away from a party, a weekend brunch, a drink at the bar. The staff is helpful, kind, and classy. They always have suggestions on where to go. The suites range in sizes and all have great balconies with views of the water, the trees, the mountains. The beds, showers, and kitchen areas are well stocked and always clean. Go!

I absolutely adored my stay at CasaCupula. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place held a special kind of beauty and charm. But it wasn't just the stunning surroundings that captured my heart - the service I received was truly outstanding. My Queen Vista room was a little slice of paradise. With a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean just beyond the tropical foilage, I was treated to breathtaking sunsets every single night. The room itself was meticulously clean and oh so comfortable, boasting an extra large bathroom and a cozy sofa facing a generously sized TV (although truth be told, I never really had the desire to turn it on). One of my favorite spots at CasaCuppula was undoubtedly the pool area, complete with a delightful restaurant and bar. Though it may not be the biggest pool area I've ever seen, it possesses a unique charm that catered to my every need. The bartenders and servers were incredibly attentive, ensuring that I wanted for nothing. For breakfast each morning, I headed over to the full-service restaurant on the other side of the hotel. The food was delectable, and the service impeccable. However, I must admit that the one minor drawback was the prevalence of mosquitoes in this area. Nonetheless, it did little to detract from my overall experience. One day, I treated myself to a day of relaxation at the spa, located just off the gym. The treatments I received - from the relaxation massage to the algae salt scrub and anti-aging facial - were simply divine. The technician who attended to me was not only professional but clearly well-trained in his craft. My only small complaint would be that the booming bass from the gym's music occasionally took away from the tranquility I sought in a spa day. Finally, I must mention that the hotel's location on the hills added a truly adventurous element to my stay. The walk up and down to the Zona Romantica business district provided a shortcut that not only got me to where I needed to go but also allowed me to surpass my step goal each and every day. Needless to say, my time at CasaCuppula left me feeling enchanted and invigorated. I will defiantly be back soon.

I’ll admit, I’m hard to please. I like cleanliness, a high level of service and nice amenities. Casa Cupula far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The staff here is so eager to make you fell welcome and comfortable. This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and there’s no where else I’d ever consider staying than here. A special thank you to Simon Oliver who went above and beyond in helping me secure my reservation.

This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!

Being a regular visitor to PV for the last few years, it was an absolute delight to stay at Casa Cupula for a few days. The staff is AMAZING!!! From first contact with Simon to make my reservation to Miguel and Felix manning the front desk, to Daniel in the spa and everyone in between, I just want to say what a wonderful few days it was for me. Although low season and very rainy, I had an incredibly relaxing and wonderful stay. The food at the bistro is incredible, the pool staff is amazing and the gentleman, I can't remember his name, who dropped me off a few times in the romantic zone and even took me to the airport on departure day was a true delight. This is definitely a treasure to experience in PV. If not for an entire visit, at least book it for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you can. I will definitely be returning on my next visit, and visits after that!!!
