Really friendly people, rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast was great as you get to pick what you want the night before. Will return when we visit Torquay. Thanks for having us

On our arrival we felt very welcomed by Ellen with a cuppa tea as we travelled from Nottingham, showed us to our room, very comfortable. In the morning for our breakfast there were a choice of cereals, fruit juice and a full English if you wanted to. Elaine is a very pleasant and friendly person making you feel comfortable and was helpful in providing us information where to eat and recommended us to eat at the Hole in the wall in Torquay. The food was amazing and would definitely recommend it.

Really nice owners. A very personal service, with great local advice. We must admit that we sometimes shy away from b and b's a bit when travelling with this kind of budget (as with a brand name you know what you're getting and it's usually really consistent) but it was a Saturday night so everywhere was more expensive. Really glad we gave this b and b a chance. The owners make a real old fashioned (in a good way) effort to make sure you are happy. They work really hard and are excellent hosts. The breakfast was really good (we were caterers for many years so can usually work out how good produce etc is). The service was efficient, attentive and very organised. If like us you are wary of b and b's definitely give this one a go. Thank you hosts (& we loved Bath, great tips, again thank you). Lianna & Richard X

Business stay, ticked all the boxes, clean, lovely welcome, nice room, great shower, good breakfast, quickly served and hot food.

From a preliminary emai looking forward to my arrival and a warm friendly greeting when I arrived, to a follow-up email hoping | had a good journey home, my overnight stay was most heart-warming and personal. The room was clean and presentable and the bathroom spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning was perfectly cooked. I certainly hope to stay here again when I am in the area.
