Very friendly welcome and bar staff. Good breakfast

Appalling condition of the bathroom. Room 12 on the street was cold, noisy with the traffic and the bathroom was disgusting. Shower screen was filthy and full of black mould. Radiator was dirty and stain marks behind toilet.

Only good thing about the property is the location.

1) Room was damp and full of mould. 2) loads of dead flys on the bathroom floor and sink. 3) dirty shower , massive clumps of hair in the drain. 4) no breakfast was being served on the Saturday. 5 ) Tiny uncomfortable bed , definitely not for two people. 6) noisy courtyard until the early hours of the morning. 7 ) tea / coffee sachets left in room had already been used so was just empty packets. Could go on but I’m sure this enough to avoid booking this place.

Room number 9 next door. At 4.35 very loud talking and aggressive wall banging.

Its proximity was good, although no parking

It was cold, dirty, old fashioned, needed massive updates in every aspect, furniture was broken , it smelt damp, the only saving grace was the breakfast was ok ish !

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant.

En suite could be cleaner and mould on walls.

Convenient and quiet Very good coffee and breakfast.

Bit out dated and in need of a good dust and hoover.
