The location was fab and the room was lovely

There was an air conditioning unit in the room but didn’t work

Decor and location were lovely

Breakfast was arranged to the room but apparently our room was not eligible. This delayed our breakfast. Cheap sausages at breakfast and hash browns were not good.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent, room was good once we moved rooms

We did not like the first room as it was very dark, no proper ventilation, only 4 hangers in a cupboard and only one socket.

Location Location Location bang in centre of the city, restaurants wine bars pub's, Liverpool must be UKs most friendly and vibrant place to visit

Fantastic location

No instructions regarding air con in the room so unable to use and we was not informed of the key code to enter back in after a certain time but luckily security was able to let us in.

Great location.

I understand the hotel cannot control the weather, but I have never experienced heat like it, and this was before the extreme weather took hold! The building retained the heat, the bathroom was hotter than any sauna, and the fan provided was loud and noisy. Most staff were lovely, but when a cooked breakfast wasn't available due to staff illness, they didn't seem to be capable of any flexibility. How much expertise does it take to warm a croissant?! Similarly on the second morning. We asked for an earlier breakfast slot as train cancellations (due to weather) meant we had to revise our checkout time, and we were told this could not be guaranteed! Only sorted because we turned up, sat there, and chef accommodated us...Not the level of customer service I expect!

The location is perfect in the middle of everything and the staff are amazing very friendly

There was nothing i didn't like i will be definitely staying again
