We do not allow anyone in the hotel after 10pm other than the guests named on the booking. A late fee will be charged if you check out later than 11am For Suite for 10 people deposit is £250 check out 12pm. Please note an ID is needed for children upon checking in. Please contact the hotel for further information. Please note that if caught smoking in the room your deposit will be retained. Late checkout with out permission will be at a fee minimum of £25- £100. We do not offer twin beds' 1-2 guests share a bed. Sofa bed made up will be at a surplus of £50 unless paying for 3 people.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The hotel was very central only being 4 mins walk to Liverpool One and 4 mins walk to attractions such as The Cavern Club. Lots of eateries and bars on same street.

"Great romantic stay"

I loved how attentive they were to my wishes and how they made the room look for our anniversary.

The housekeepers opened the door in the morning without knocking, it was 10 am and we were still in bed but I wasn't sure whether it was check out time, when I asked they just said no it's 11 and sat outside on the floor waiting. It was a bit surprising.

"Nice hotel in a very handy location !"

The location - so close to everything we wanted to do.

The breakfast and the temperature in the building . Ordered continental breakfast but got cooked - grumpy waiter told us we would just have to have that as it takes 25 mins to prepare a continental breakfast !!! Breakfast was very very greasy so couldn’t eat it . Building was hot - really noisy overnight as we had to have the windows open…

Location

Breakfast disappointing, had to order everything night before and cooked option appeared dried out as if cooked several hours earlier and reheated. Basin in bathroom barely drained.
