We do not allow anyone in the hotel after 10pm other than the guests named on the booking. A late fee will be charged if you check out later than 11am For Suite for 10 people deposit is £250 check out 12pm. Please note an ID is needed for children upon checking in. Please contact the hotel for further information. Please note that if caught smoking in the room your deposit will be retained. Late checkout with out permission will be at a fee minimum of £25- £100. We do not offer twin beds' 1-2 guests share a bed. Sofa bed made up will be at a surplus of £50 unless paying for 3 people.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great stay just a couple of minor points"

Great size room with fantastic deep bath.

Would be great to add some usb charging points and bedside tables and also a pelmet to the window to stop the light from coming through.

Brilliant stay, huge room! Couldnt fault at all! Perfect location on castle street with all the restaurants and bars on the same street. Such a great vibe!

"Stunning rooms"

The room is stunning and absolutely huge. The view is very pretty too. Location is very central.

Sadly no aircon as I guess the building is too old. I didn’t have a fan in my room so had the windows open which was very noisy in the morning and very hot!
