"Most wonderful hotel"

What a wonderful hotel with the best staff and the most amazing food. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. Super comfy bed! Very dog friendly and serene walks right on your door step. If you don’t fancy walking, the hotel offers a free transfer service till 5.30pm each day. Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Just an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is incredible. The front desk staffer actually drove us to the train station on the way out. Talk about door-to-door service! I can’t wait to come back in the winter to ski. I will definitely stay here.

"A location not to be missed in Gstaad"

Phenomenal food, very good wine selection, excellent service, would go back in a heartbeat! We stayed at the Hotel Le Grand Chalet for a skii weekend with our friends and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to pamper us.
