The thing that at 5.45 in the morning ,there was a lor of noice coming from downstairs,like banging and pulling stuff ,it spoiled our morning sleep

No heating working in the building at all , so very cold . Owners did not mention it , therefore I assume they thought you might not notice it . When questioned they said it could be a problem with the radiator thermostat , but the boiler was not working , as there was no heat in the pipes leading to it. How can you rent rooms out in mid March in the UK with no heating!!!

NLFijne kamer met alles erop en eraan Koffie en waterkoker op de kamer maar ook een strijkijze en -plank. Vriendelijk personeel en hotel heeft een mooie stijl qua aankleding. Enten is goed. Ontbijt heeft een zeer beperkt buffet, maar je hebt een ontbijt menu en dat is ruim voldoende en lekker.
Kamer was voorzien van 2 boxspringbedden die voor mij aan de zachte kant waren. Verder was het vrij warm op de kamer.

Maybe install secondary glazing on the windows to the front of the building as the noise from the outside,traffic etc , was a little disturbing at rush hour in the morning

GBA really lovely place, I was pleasantly surprised as booked for convenience, it was just around the corner from Anderson Moores where my dog was.
The only thing I can fault them on is there were no usb charging points and I had forgotten to take a plug with me,
