Nincs konnektor az agy mellett, halk a zene a poolbarban. Az animatorok nem foglalkoznak a vendegekkel, keves a program lehetoseg, nincs hangulat a szallodaban.

great variety of food but tasteless and every day the same selection not helpful staff- asked them in advance if inside pool is complimentary, they confirmed however it was not and forgot to add that kids were not allowed. sound isolation was not sufficient in rooms sometimes elevators were not working, climbing the top floor with a stroller and a 2yo was not that enjoyable, when elevators were working you had to wait long minutes

the price for value is the main problem. every day the same food is served in the restaurant. they are not prepared for bad weather. we booked a stay here because the spa with indoor pool was advertised. before the stay i contacted them to ask if it was complimenary (which they confirmed but was not true) but forgot to add a small detail: kids were not allowed to enter. this information was not mentioned anywhere and in 12 degrees rain i would not let a 2yo swim in the outside kids pool as customer service advised. not helpful at all, i am very disappointed because i asked and they gave my half and misleading information. they did not organize any programs to entertain people in bed weather. not to mention it was not the best idea to put families with strollers to the top floor without properly working elevators. waiting for minutes is a thing but when both broke down it was very unpleasant to carry all our things and the stroller to the 6th floor.
