Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark

The hotel is in a valley.Till 10.00 the sun is not shining.It is a bit older,but you have everything.We liked the aquapark with kids.

The beds were comfortable but the room when I booked didn’t really matched so I had to go to reception to change it.

That even the food was all inclusive we had to eat at the restaurant where we couldn’t bring the drinks to the room or food. There was no room service. The aqua park was good but only issue was the height on some of the slides which could get away with it. In referring the drinks there was no popular cocktails that were inclusive like Long Island or pornstar martini had to pay extra. There was not many staff by the reception.

Three years ago, this hotel was a really good place to stay, with high-quality food and an overall enjoyable experience. However, it no longer seems to maintain the same standards as it once did.

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. It is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my experience, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, the staff were unfriendly. No one smiled, and when you greeted them (even saying “good morning”), they often ignored you. It made us feel very unwelcome throughout our stay. The worst experience was on Monday, March 30th. We stayed from March 22nd to 30th. I asked the chef to make a well-done omelette, and he refused in a very rude manner. When I asked for his name, he also refused to give it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. This was actually our third time at this hotel, but it was by far the worst. The food quality was very poor. Meat was often undercooked or too dry, and there was little variety—mostly pork every day. The soups were strange, sometimes just blended mixtures or poorly prepared vegetables. Pancakes were burned. For children, the only safe options seemed to be pasta or fries. The fish looked like it had been sitting for days, and unfortunately, my father got food poisoning after eating it. When we tried to report issues, the staff ignored us. Other problems included very poor Wi-Fi connection—it barely worked. The gym is only open from 8am to 7pm, so if you want to work out earlier, it’s not possible. Also, if you want to change your beach towel, you have to pay extra (1€ per towel), which is unreasonable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family. In my opinion, this is not a 4-star hotel—more like 2.5 stars at best.

La habitación era grande y confortable. Tranquilidad Entrada gratis al parque acuatico. Desayuno muy variado

Que la gente reserve hamacas y se lo permitan. A la piscina le faltaba limpieza, el fondo estaba sucio y en la zona de hamacas nadie pasaba a recoger vasos y platos. No me gustó que tuviéramos que salir del hotel para ir al show. En el restaurante retiran muchas cosas de comida antes de la hora de cierre. El postre repetitivo, la misma tarta de diferentes colores,mismo sabor. Y en el snacknbar de la piscina había que esperar para que repasarán la comida

La animación, comodidad de la habitación

El snap de la piscina súper básico poquísima variedad un día hamburguesa todo el día y otro día perrito todo el día ni unas papas fritas o algo para alternar de mañana y de tarde es decir desde las 10 de la mañana a las 6 de la tarde con la misma comida

Para ir en familia está muy bien, todo muy cerca: playa, aquapark...

Que el personal del hotel no hiciese cumplir la norma de " no poder reservar las hamacas". Muchísima gente reservaba antes de amanecer, vergonzoso! Salía a correr para las 7:30 de la mañana y para entonces apenas había hamacas libres alrededor de la piscina. Y la gente lo reservaba para todo el día.Y no se han tomado medidas contra esto a pesar que pone bien claro que está prohibido.

Very nice location and enviroment with beatiful view. Nice pool area with a fun waterpark. The hotel is beatiful and the rooms were big and cleaned everyday. Big balcony with perfect view.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the food could have been more various for a 4 star hotel. The snack bar could also vary more and not offer the same stuff every day. 10€/day for parking was a little bit expensive. The carpet on the hallway should really be replaced, it's not a big investment but would really do magic for the estetics!
