The hotel was great, more in a remote area of Chiang Mai but not too far from any of the attractions. Staff was great and super accommodating and I would most definitely recommend this to all of my friends.
The hotel is small and while we were there, there were very few other people staying there. The hotel is next to a military base (comprised of an open field primarily) and a rural area, making it tranquil. The staff were kind and the room was a good size. The restaruant in the hotel is decent but for some the food might be a bit too spicy.
awesome resort with a very friendly staff. It is starting to show its age a bit however the grounds were very well tended to. The rooms were comfortable with lots of room. The breakfast was excellent and the pool quite nice for a refreshing dip. As long as you have ground transport I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kiree Thara Hotel. The manager and his staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and help us out in any way they could. We would definitely stay here again. The restaurant was also very accommodating with our request for vegan meals. We were delighted to discover they serve organic food too. This is a wonderful oasis in Chiang Mai!
Staff was helpful and friendly but unfortunately the room smells really bad . Its not just one room as I over heard another guest making the same compliant at the reception desk and demand a refund . The room is really dark and lights need to be turned on at all time. Also there's no window in the room for you to open .
solo getaway hence picked a hotel that's a little far from the main area. Quiet area so suits me quite well.
If you book for reduced rate online you will get the basement room with both windows facing a wall! The staff was great though!
I really enjoyed the location, great cafe down the road, away from the noisy centre yet close enough to use a free cycle and get some excersize. V easy to hire a scooter and head north to the Tigers too - stay here!
This is a nice hotel but far from everything. Taxi/Car is required for everything. Food is good and the price is honest. Staff very friendly.
