Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf

This hotel needs An update. Also a kettle should be I. The room Cold cold nights It’s nice to have a tea etc

I stayed here with a large group as we were attending a wedding in the near by area. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and our room was absolutely spotless, I couldn't fault the housekeeping at all. The rooms are a little dated and could do with a little revamp but overall we had a very comfortable stay. Close to all nearby town facilities so we were able to walk everywhere, I would definitely stay again.

I spent a night here on a recent work trip and the hotel has a nice lobby with bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. The room was spacious and clean but definitely in need of a refresh as it's somewhat dated. The worst part of the hotel was just how thin the walls are, I was constantly awakened by other guests and slept very poorly. Restaurants and Hilden old town are nearby just a short walk away.

Hotel is about half an hour from Dusseldorf airport by taxi if there is no traffic. Staff at the reception are helpful. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Coffee/ tea maker is available in the room. Market place, eateries and shopping areas within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast spread is good.

Kleine Zimmer, im Sommer unglaublich heiß, stickig e Flure, laute Straße daneben.

The hotel needs to adopt the new ever changing environment, Better showers, they’re outdated. USB outlets should be provided throughout the room. Beds needs to be the true king/queen The gap between the bed made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. More amenities like lotions and conditioner. The breakfast was super and staff are friendly.

Wir hatten 4 Einzel-Zimmer gebucht, waren wegen einer Messe dort. Die Hotelzimmer waren relativ klein, mit schmalen Einzelbetten. Zu der Zeit war es sehr heiß dort und in unseren Zimmern war es unglaublich heiß. 2 der Zimmer hatten nur Dachfenster, die über eine kleine Trittleiter zu öffnen waren. Auch in den Fluren vor den Zimmern war es sehr heiß, es war unmöglich, Durchzug zu machen. Daher haben alle sehr schlecht geschlafen. Wenn das Fenster offen war, war die Straße daneben sehr laut zu hören. Es gab in den Business Zimmern eine Kaffeemaschine aber leider keinen Wasserkocher. Die Klimaanlage in den Business Zimmern war sehr alt und daher sehr laut, damit konnte man nachts nicht schlafen. Service war gut, Frühstück sehr gut. Parken: öffentliches Parkhaus daneben ist günstiger als die Hotel-Tiefgarage.

Stayed in this hotel, to go to Christmas markets. Room was a good size, even took my mobilty scooter. Nice walk in Showers and showercaps with toiletries. Very helpful staff and very pleasant ambience in hotel. Would have liked to have seen more of Hilden, as we were just by a pedestrian area and shops, and there was a Woolworths and C&A.

Have just returned from 3 night stay with a group visiting the Christmas markets in Dusseldorf and Cologne.The hotel was comfortable ,reception staff very helpful ,particular help from Andrea to 209 !! Breakfast varied and plentiful. Room comfortable and clean .Nice gesture on our last night was a Father Christmas Lindt chocolate left on the pillow.
