The staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was nice but there was no veranda! I asked to change it but the hotel was fully booked.

The bathroom in my room was smelly, the shower hose was leaking, and the housekeeping service wasn't up to expectations. There were a lot of flies in the buffet area, and the presentation of the food wasn't delighting. Took much time to respond to my request.

Super promo car l'hôtel manque de touristes avec les évènements géopolitiques Les piscines L'accès à la mer morte Les panneaux qui nous alerte sur la baisse du niveau de la mer morte

Les très très nombreuses personnes qui viennent juste pour la journée Be comprends certains commentaires concernant le personnel. Nous avons de la chance à notre arrivée mais c'est vrai que le 2e jour, l'accueil était moins sympathique Manquait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre
