The staff is amazing. We also got early check in and an upgrade. Everyone tried to accommodate us to The Best they could. The pool bar reasonably priced and food was nice (plus points for coffee). At dinner the choice was not cast but everything I tasted was delicious. Excellent SPA service. And the kids pool is fantastic for young children (it is more like a mini water park)

The facilities need an overall renovation. Not everything was open. Though this is understandable given the events.

The additional bed is very small to accommodate 5 year old kid..this bed with rails is suitable for only one year kid

There is no soup in the kitchen. The ac is noisy.

Very warm welcoming , the staff is amazing ! Rooms and bathroom have a good size . Very comfortable . We had breakfast and dinner , which was more than enough and tasty . Easy access to the beach , enough space and pools for children , but also a quiet relaxing pool for adults . More than excellent was the massage ! We went several times to the Dead Sea Spa Hotel and will diffenatly come back .
