Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to report an issue I experienced with a hotel reservation made through your platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, despite having a confirmed booking, we were informed that the property does not accept young men and only allows families. This restriction was not clearly stated on the hotel’s page on Booking.com at the time of reservation. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience during check-in. Such important policies should be clearly disclosed to guests before confirming a booking to avoid misunderstandings and uncomfortable situations. I am not requesting compensation. However, I kindly ask Booking.com to review this property’s listing and address the matter with the hotel management to ensure that all policies are clearly stated and that future guests do not face the same issue.
