The property was lovely and clean , the owner who met us at the door was very welcoming and friendly

Nothing it was spot on

The location was fantastic, short walk from the town centre, on the beachfront, a nice square outside. Staff was very kind and helpful as well, and the breakfast was amazing! Suited every taste.

Small details that I missed was a lock on the toilet door, a firmer mattress, and the blackout curtains that were a little uncomfortable to pull up and down for a short person as me.

Well located, clean, well decorated Great bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, really good breakfast.

Das Haus hatte eine schöne Lage.

Die Gastgeberin extrem unfreundlich. Es war wohl wichtiger mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen als die zahlenden Gäste zu betreuen. Das Frühstück war an einem Morgen mehr als dürftig ! Am meisten hat die Aussage " bookon.com" sei ja wohl das Letzte und wäre kein guter Geschäftspartner für B&B-Betreiber, mich unangenehm berührt. Avisierte Parkplätze waren nicht vorhanden.

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Our room was spacious and well decorated.

Please note if booking this property that it is located in St Leonard’s and it is a (very pleasant) 20 - 25 minute walk (or short bus ride) to the sea front and attractions in Hastings.

Excellent location, 100 yards from the beach. Very tasty breakfast and very kind hosts.

Very slow Internet connection or no Internet in the evenings. No air-conditioning, very mucky on the hot days.

Es war fast eine Stunde telefonisch niemand erreichbar.
