Location

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly

The breakfast was nice and the room was smart and clean. The staff were friendly.

No wall or door separating the bathroom and bedroom - not much privacy! Feel this should be mentioned in advance that it's not a separate en suite but in the bedroom.

Great location, very nice breakfast, clean bedroom/bathroom, friendly and accommodating host who allowed us to change rooms to one with a firmer mattress after we’d checked in which was greatly appreciated.

Wardrobe needs securing to the wall properly as it felt a little unsafe. Finding parking was challenging at times, but not too much of an issue because restrictions don’t apply on the weekend

The location was lovely

There was a few stairs too climb too our room but it was worth it because the hotel was beautiful

The location from the train station was a short walk and the beach was just at the end of the street. It was a 25 minute walk along the sea front into Hasting old town, so a great location. The host was friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The room did get very warm and we had to shut the windows in the evening because it did get very noisy from the people at the nearby pub.
