The staff were professional and friendly. The place was modern, comfortable, and clean.

We liked it all, but it just needed a few more plugs for charging, etc

Decor and service was excellent. I highly recommend the breakfast

Lots of stairs to our top floor room but great views after the climb!

The b&b is very good, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent. Our room was very good, big with a very good shower.

Sometimes, it can be a bit awkward finding a space to park. There are plenty of parking spaces around the B&B, but you may have to look around a bit to locate one of them.

Friendly and welcoming. Comfy room. Great breakfast. Great location.

Full English breakfast was acceptable.

Our (long-booked) '5-star' accommodation turned out to be an airless room, with the afternoon sunshine flooding through the window -- which could not be opened because screwed firmly shut (apparently because broken). Nothing of course had been told me on arrrival about having to sleep on a warm spring night in a sealed room; &, upon complaint, no replacement room could be found. Was I offered in the morning any reduction in the room-price ? No ! When I raised the matter directly, it was airily dismissed, with excuses. The landlady's attitude was: I have your money, I don't care any more ! Parking. Apart from 2 payable parking bays, it was 'free parking...nearby'. Merely theoretical because the immediate & surrounding areas were solidly parked up (even in April, & probably all the year round), forcing us to find a space about 10 minutes' walk up the hill.
