Our room was spacious and quiet. The location is excellent. Despite being it town, it was really quiet. The manager was very helpful. We'd be happy to stay again.

It's an older style motel, so not flashy or anything.

"It was good value for money but with a few minor additions, it could be perfect."

All good. Breakfast cheap but all that was required.

No comfy chair to watch TV. Not enough blankets on the bed. Lighting poor.

The price, location, staff, continental breakfast being available, parking and location were all great. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the room was adequate for the price.

Loved the concept of continental breakfast. Would have liked individual cereal boxes and fruit containers. Also, bread available that could not be fingered by all. The tea/coffee and condiments were hygienically presented. Certainly willing to pay a little extra for fresh cereal and individual servings.

Staff were friendly - in the limited interaction I had. The motel brought to mind a documentary I saw about a poorly patronised former soviet resort hotel. A very curious ambience in central Dunedin.

Bathroom ventilation could be improved - a very brief tepid shower overwhelmed it.
