A bit tired but very clean. Lovely man at front desk. Will stay there again.

There was a huge pile of soft toys in the reception on a couch. Not sure what that was all about!

"Great stay in the centre of Dunedin"

The location in central Dunedin is fantastic and the free parking is a massive bonus. The room itself was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean and functional.

The building is looking a bit old and tired but actually its almost part of its charm so not that much of a negative.

"Very central, quiet, and comfortable - and affordable."

Great central location - walking distance to the Octagon and all restaurants, railway station, bars, and shops. Good parking, lift in building was a bonus. Quiet and comfortable.

"Very pleasant and comfy"

The location was very central and convenient and the facilities were good plus the breakfast at $7.00 per person was very good.

Everything worked well but the lift could do with an upgrade.
