97 Motel Moray

Location was great for our purposes. Room was clean, tidy and well presented.

Didn't like the hill to climb (Stuart St) to get there but nothing can be done about that. Perhaps a suggestion that if walking into town centre, use Moray Place to walk along as much more gentle slope.

Great location and good value for money for the time of year. Moving my daughter into her accommodation for university.

A little updating required, but not a problem in the big scheme of things!

Very friendly staff extremely cheerful and willing to help. The facilities were very comfortable and everything provided to help you have an exceptional stay. This facility is in the heart of town immediately close to a wide variety of restaurants and a mini supermarket just a few doors away. The kitchen facilities in each room were really good and a plus,was a $7 breakfast available also. An older but very clean facility with everything you could ask for. If we ever visit Dunedin again this is where we will stay. It is very family friendly with a lovely welcoming lounge and an extra settee with all sorts of cuddly toys.
