Room was clean and comfortable, everything was available for for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and there was onsite parking which was a bonus. The complex was centrally located so everything in the town centre was accessible on foot. Enjoyed the stay.

The views from the room was the back of old buildings however we just closed the blinds. Elevator was an old one and you needed to watch your step when exciting and this was informed at check in.

"Great stay in Dunedin"

This was a perfect location for our stay in Dunedin; near to the centre, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

It seems NZ has not discovered that TVs can be mounted on swing arms so they can be angked tiwards the veiwer :)
