"Excellent"

Loved the location, big comfortable room. Check in was a breeze and the staff member on was welcoming and friendly.

Needs some work. Front entrance was filthy leaves and dirt BUT you walk through this to the actual motel and it's clean.

Located in the centre of town a short walk to the Octogon. Sufficient free parking and a friendly team are welcoming. Not luxury but a good comfortable option for Dunedin

Location perfect for walking city. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Added bonus was the breakfast at a very, very reasonable price and free newspaper in the morning. Staff also lovely.
