"Really close to city centre."

The modern block we stayed in was clean and bright. It's really close to the centre of Dunedin.

It's in the city, so we guessed it wouldn't have much of a view. We were right - views were of a car park and the backs of student houses. A bit of strange set up with the bigger, older block.

Perfect location with restaurants & the railway station in easy walking distance. A comfortable bed & really friendly & helpful reception staff. Everything was really clean & we'd come back here for future stays

Very helpful staff discounted a night off due to flight cancellations much appreciated. Very clean and comfortable motel in centre of Dunedin.
