The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. Quarto não tinha limpeza boa colchao horrivel duro demais .banheiro precisando de reforma box bem acabado .hotel todo precisando de mais limpeza e cuidados .poucos funcionários .bar da piscina com atendimento péssimo.

"Horrible hotel, staff and food. Place is dirty and people are rude and lazy."

Hotel is terrible. At the arrival the staff was very unfriendly. The room was quite old and the shower knob was falling every time we used it. We went to the pool and it was dirty, both the water and the tiles. We asked for a beer and a sandwich that took 30min to arrive. Dinner was terrible, no meat, we had to look for a restaurant elsewhere when we had the dinner paid for in the hotel. It was so bad that we booked 4 nights and stayed only 2. At the checkout the manager, Angelo, was very rude, did not even discounted what we ate. Would not recommend this to enemy.

• ​Atendimento e Reserva: Comunicação ágil e eficiente via WhatsApp e e-mail; resolveram rapidamente uma alteração que precisava ser realizada na reserva feita pelo Booking. • ​Localização: Hotel de frente ao mar. A travessia da pista é até tranquila, com motoristas que param para a passagem de um lado a outro. • ​Café da Manhã: Boa qualidade e variedade de itens. • ​Acomodações: O Quarto Família é extremamente espaçoso 2 suítes, sala de estar, cozinha e tanque num espaço de área de serviço. Cabem 8 pessoas confortavelmente. • ​Lazer: Piscina com temperatura agradável, espaço kids e uma praia versátil, atendendo tanto quem gosta de ondas quanto quem prefere um banho mais calmo. • ​Estrutura de Apoio: O hotel possui gerador eficiente, minimizando o impacto das quedas de energia frequentes ao longo do dia. ​

Pontos Negativos e Oportunidades de Melhoria ​1. Manutenção e Limpeza • ​Higiene: Limpeza precária com teias de aranha nos cantos, paredes sujas e presença excessiva de mofo. É necessária uma faxina pesada entre o check-out e o check-in. • ​Odor: Cheiro forte de esgoto vindo do ralo da pia do banheiro todos os dias. • ​Vista: O quarto fica no subsolo e a vista é limitada a um muro alto, sem visibilidade da rua (quarto 124). ​2. Infraestrutura e Segurança • ​Piscina Infantil: Estado crítico. Muitos azulejos quebrados, inclusive próximos ao escorregador, causando ferimentos nas crianças. • ​Acessibilidade: Ausência de elevadores dificultando ou impossibilitando a locomoção de cadeirantes de forma autônoma. O ideal era locar pessoas com deficiência física nos andares com rampa. • ​Espaço Kids: O campinho de futebol está muito irregular, oferecendo risco de entorses. E vários brinquedos necessitam de reforma, além do espaço como um todo. ​3. Serviços e Conectividade • ​Internet: Wi-Fi instável, funcionando melhor na área das piscinas. O sinal da operadora Claro é inexistente dentro dos quartos e do restaurante. • ​Taxas Extras: Cobrança diária pelo uso de toalhas de piscina e praia (que muitas vezes estão em falta) e pelo uso do cofre no quarto (absurdo). • ​Restaurante: O jantar self-service possui um valor elevado para a entrega oferecida. Além disso, o horário de funcionamento do bar da piscina estava no informativo do quarto que era até 22h30, mas houve relatos de funcionários tentando encerrar os pedidos da cozinha antes do horário oficial de fechamento (21h15). Melhorar treinamento dos funcionários. ​4. Experiência na Praia (Barraca Parceira) • ​Logística de Mesas: Atendimento confuso e restritivo. A barraca de frente ao hotel tem uma parceria no qual "empresta" a mesa com guarda sol, desde que haja consumação e pagamento de 10% para o garçom. Funciona até às 17h. Horário em que começa escurecer e, como não tem iluminação, não dá para tomar banho no mar.
