The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Hotel extremamente lotado ,quando cheguei pro check-in estava lotado , pelos corredores do hotel roupas de cama e toalha sujas pelo chão amontoadas , uma sensação horrível ! Colocaram eu, meu marido e meu filho de um ano no quarto 108, simplesmente não pegava sinal de celular e nem Wi-Fi , ou seja fiquei incomunicável , além disso tinha uma máquina próxima que fazia barulho a noite toda. Roupa de cama de pessima qualidade é que me passava a sensação de não estar limpa . Café da manhã com mil pessoas , uma música alta , café totalmente desorganizado e com aparecia que não dava vontade de comer ! Pode ser que fora de temporada o hotel até fique agradável, mas em feriados é alta temporada não vá ! Aaaa pernilongo no quarto

"Muitas coisas quebradas sem manutenção "

Registros dos chuveiro quebrado tive que abrir com alicate . Ainda bem que sempre levo ferramentas no carro. Atendimento dos garçons péssimo, porém creio que por falta de mais gente . Só vi 3 garçons para atender. Fiz um pedido 14:30 só recebi 18:30 por muito ir na copa perguntar sobre o pedido . E mesmo assim quando veio devolvi pois a carne estava ultra salgada impossível de comer. Precisa ter manutenção no local pois parece estar abandonado. Coisas básicas sem funcionar. Deu uma chuva que alagou o quarto onde ficamos, molhou tomada tomei choque um caos. Acionei a recepção mudei de quarto e ninguém ajudou com nada ..

"First visit to Bahia"

This was my first time visiting Bahia and Port Seguro. Despite the place being stunning and amazingly beautiful the hotel left a lot to be desired for. For a 4 star hotel it was hugely disappointing and would argue the rating is not deserved. It should be closer to a 2 star hotel. Pushing 3 stars. The bad: • There is not enough front desk staff during the day to deal with the client queries or check in or check out. • Front desk seemed to be more adequately staffed during the quiet times instead of the busy periods. • The first room which was offered had clearly visible mould in the shower. This room should be fixed up before it is offered to customers. • Had to switch rooms twice during the stay to receive an adequate room. • Room cleanliness is done at a surface level. Only where you can see. No actual deep clean was performed at any stage during the stay. • Second room had hairs all over the floor. • The third room we ended up in was better hower nothing under the beds was cleaned. • The sink had a bunch of hair in the tap that was clogging it and at no point did the cleaners remove this. • The room had a shower and a bath but it was hard to tell if it was clean enough to use so relied only on the shower. • A used soap bar on the window sill was never removed from the shower during the whole stay. • The doors for all the rooms feel flimsy at best. Like any bit of force and they will fall over making the key cards useless. • The pools for first 3 days of visiting were not cleaned at all. You could make out a film of dirt on top of the water mixed in with the leaves. • My partner is short and was unable to enjoy any of the adult pools because of the level of water. It was always too high for the entire 7 day stay. Even for myself I found that the water level was at the neck level. No variety in depth. My partner ended up having to spend her time in the kids pool only. • The restaurant / pool staff are understaffed. Only one or two would be visible and ready to assist. • The restaurant / pool staff were also very slow with orders. Would take a long time to complete a request and often had to go looking for them in order to get anything. • On first day order juice that as it turns out they didn't have and when they asked if I wanted a different juice, come to find out that was charged for both despite only receiving a single order. • Twice when eating the food at the restaurant found hair in the food. • Similarly twice we were severed old and bad smelling chicken. Not sure how the chef or the cooks felt comfortable even cooking the chicken when it smelt that bad. • For breakfast the biggest issue is that majority of the plates are all chipped. • The interenet / wifi was horrible. First it is open to everyone regardless of who they are. At minimum a password should be used that only the guests have access too. • The wifi itself does not work most of the time around the hotel. Only in the main lobby or the restaurant. • The network is extremely sluggish and could barely handle basic Internet browsing. • The same wifi network is also used by all the hotel staff which makes their ability to assist customers, especially at the restaurant/pool area extremely slow and frustrating for everyone. The staff should have their own separate and prolivate wifi. • The beach club that the hotel has, has very small menu and selection of food or drinks. • The service at the beach club was pretty bad even early in the morning with barely any people around that it was faster and easier to move to another location. • The kitchen seemed to be out of some basic foods. • The sauna and the gym were out of service for the entire duration of 7 day stay. And on the day of leaving they were still not working. Good: • Great location with a few restaurants nearby. • Pharmacy and petrol station just a min or two away. • Breakfast food selection was quite varied. In short: As it stands this is not a 4 star hotel nor will I return to it personally unless major improvements are made.

Estrutura do hotel e excelente para crianças. Atendimento nas piscinas que faltou a desejar(bem ruim falar a verdade), pessoal some e vc tem ir no restaurante pedir as coisas. Área de brinquedos(os eletrônicos não estava funcionando), mas mesmo assim muito bom para quem tem crianças(piscinas, area infantil). Peguem pensão completa ou com jantar no mínimo para evitar extress de ter pedir para os garçons que somem.

"Hotel abandonado, valor incompatível "

Decidi perder o meu tempo compartilhando a péssima experiência que tive, pois fiquei indignado com o Hotel como um todo, paguei quase 2 mil na diária e me senti enganado, uma especie de “golpe”.. vamos aos fatos: Meu primeiro erro foi ter subestimado as avaliações anteriores de outros hospedes, achei que pudesse ser um excesso de rigor. E como tenho dois filhos de 5 e 7 anos, pensei que os “pros” ( opção de recreação para os pequenos) superaria os problemas relatados pelos hospedes na plataforma, ledo engano. Chegando no check-in, que foi confuso e demorado, presenciei uma quase briga entre um funcionário da recepcao e um hospede que estava a reclamar do ar que não gelava pelo segundo dia e nada era resolvido. O funcionário sem nenhuma higidez ou preocupação em agradar, rispidamente falou que tinha que aguardar a manutenção e não tinha o que fazer alem disso. Feito o checkin, nos foi oferecido um quarto que fica a uns 300 metros da recepcao, no terceiro andar e sem elevador. E tbm sem ajudante para levar as malas, tive que fazer duas viagens, dois lances de escada por conta propria, e nesse “passeio” ja foi possível observar o pessimo estado de conservação das instalações , paredes manchadas, luzes queimadas, portas sem maçaneta, piso rachado, etc. chegando no quarto, nao foi diferente, cheiro ruim, roupa de cama de pessima qualidade, papel higienico parecia jornal. Comida pessima, atendimento demorado, sujeira por todo lado, funcionarios desencontrados, sem nenhuma gestao.

"Ignorado"

Dois pontos e fazem tender a análise para o negativo: Sem Wi-Fi no quarto. Foram 3 dias esperançosos onde o pessoal da recepção prometia a volta do sinal e nada foi feito, se vc tiver que trabalhar prepare-se para fazer isso no saguão! Limpeza: não queria gente entrando no quarto com o material da empresa na mesa e a poeira disse que me levaria o bilhete de maçaneta de “não perturbe” pois estavam sem. Foram cobrados várias vezes e nada. Consegui no último dia fazendo “amizade” com a mulher que realizava a limpeza. O hotel é bom e a comida excelente, mas se prepare para ser ignorado pela recepção e ter seu almoço ou lanche atrasado por 1 hora e ainda vindo errado. Também fiquei 30 minutos esperando que um quarto seja liberado depois do horário de checkin. Enfim, são pontos que necessito passar para que melhore e para que os próximos fiquem sabendo.

O hotel é muito bom, certamente voltaria a me hospedar nele, mas como nem tudo é perfeito tivemos problema com a internet, já que lá o 4G não funcionava direito e no meu quarto o wi-fi não conectava, só conseguia usar na área da piscina. Outro detalhe é quanto à limpeza, na terça-feira uns hóspedes almoçaram na mesa na área da piscina e na quarta-feira de manhã ainda estava a louça toda lá, fora que as hidromassagens estavam sem manutenção, com a água verde os 3 dias que fiquei hospedado lá. Se esses dois problemas forem corrigidos se torna um hotel perfeito.
