The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. PONTOS FORTES: Atendimento excelente. Chuveiro bom…ducha forte e com boa regulação de temperatura para todos os gostos. Localização boa…Praia na frente com bons restaurantes. PONTOS FRACOS: Cama e travesseiros duros, bem desconfortáveis. Piscina com limpeza a desejar: água turva, com sujeira no fundo e verde de algas. Barulho em horários inoportunos: karaokê e animação na piscina em horários de descanso no fim da tarde. Bem incômodo para quem vai buscando relaxar. Café da manhã com muita variedade de comida de baixa qualidade: melhor seria investir em menos diversidade e maior qualidade.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

O hotel precisa de manutenções em tudo, a parte infantil é ótima, o restante muito ruim. Nao é nem de longe um hotel 4 estrelas. A comida nao tem opções, nem batata frita e feijão têm nas refeições. Nao voltaria

O hotel está tentando melhorar mas numa velocidade indesejada. A brinquedoteca tem horário restrito (10h as 19h); a recreação não tem uma programação nem é divulgada com antecedência. As piscinas, os banheiros da piscina e os quartos pecam por uma limpeza mais cuidadosa, e a área comum precisa de uma manutenção predial (paredes sem pintura ou com mofo).
