Este amplasată aproape de strada principală și la o distanță mică de plaja.

Igrasie… sistemul sanitar defect … piscina murdara… și ca sa nu poată fi trași la răspundere te pune să scrii de mâna o foaie în care declari ca ești de acord să stai în cameră care îți este pusă la dispoziție…

Staf, clearness, bed, bathroom, totaly condition of the room

Staff were rude from moment we arrived, we were only given one room key for 3 of us, when we asked for another we were met with rolled eyes. We were made to sign a piece of paper that said we were happy with the room before we even had time to look (staff were in the room). Room had potential if looked after properly but everything was dirty including sheets and floors. The shower was cold most of the time, flooded the whole room after one 5 min shower and did not work very well. The pool areas weren’t great and sunbeds had not been cleaned. There was mould on the lampshade, ceiling and chair. Could hear everything through the walls, even when people in other rooms are having quiet conversations. Our cases had to be left in general lobby as there is no luggage hold. Check out is at 11 but we were phoned at 10 to check if we were out the room and housekeeping just walked into our room to start cleaning whilst we were still there at 5 to 11. We left something valuable in our room after check out and staff were extremely unhelpful, refusing to go back into the room to check if it was there.

Never leave reviews for hotels but omg this hotel is a MASSIVE JOKE! Me and my partner stayed for 9 days, in 9 days our room got cleaned once and when it did it only the blankets changed and floor was moped (hardly as they was juice marks on floor and ear buds from other ppl staying in the room before us), there was marks like sick on the bottom sheet absolutely vile, We asked multiple times n all staff acted like they didn’t speak English! Some of my belongings went missing even though our room didn’t get cleaned until 6 days into hol and the one time it did my boyfriend was in the room! I told all staff about what went missing and they didn’t give a sh*t! We had to ask for towels as they never got changed! This totally ruined our holiday and our experience visiting aiya Napa! Man on the night shift (receptionist) feel asleep on sofas EVERYNIGHT!!!! Women with ginger hair on reception through day never met anyone as rude in my life and for the cleaners they acted like they didn’t have a clue, the oldest cleaner is rude and vile how she treats her staff! Best thing about this place is AHMED On the bar/restaurant he’s such a lovely sweet guy and so helpful! He doesn’t get enough credit! We had breakfast within our stay (vile) always cold! We went out to eat instead ! The place is run by stupid idiots! Do not recommend, nothing like the photos… Pool area nice enough but they was food crumbs in pool!
