This was one of 4 hotels where stayed through Oct, but eventhough it was the cheapest of the lot its the one I preferred. The Superior room was modern and comfortable with the great pool on my doorstep. The staff were very friendly and always took time to chat. Tatiana and Amid stood out for their personal approach. The food was always prepared fresh and very tasty. Very reasonably priced. The relaxed atmosphere was what sold it to me.

Swimming pool was great . Breakfast was great

Beds were not mantras protectors. Towels were stained. Did not change towels before you asked. Cats were coming in room. Shower leaking, water went in room. Toilet was not clean. No soups. We were 3 person in room and had 2 small shampoo bottles. No coffee, tee. Just kettle and one coffee cup.

Stayed here with some friends. Whilst the hotel was clean, as others have said the rooms aren't cleaned on a daily basis. One of my friends asked for the floor to be mopped but was told by the cleaner it wasn't the day for mopping. The rooms are basic and in real need of repair. Our sink tap was wobbly/hazardous and the hot water was barely warm. The towel in the bathroom had bleach stains. Wifi didn't work in our rooms. The plus was the food from the restaurant, which was really nice and freshly cooked. I wouldn't stay here again, as it was not my choice.

I liked that it had a good location, a nice pool, and on the first day they kindly let us check in earlier than the scheduled time.

I had rented 5 rooms for 11 people. What I didn’t like: 1. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay. 2. On the first day, there was only one shampoo and one body lotion in a double room (and no additional ones were provided during the 6 days). 3. The trash bins in the rooms were not emptied. 4. In some rooms, there were no blankets or bed sheets. 5. Towels were not changed. 6. The Wi-Fi didn’t work inside the rooms. 7. I had to leave a deposit without prior notice, which was inconvenient since the group had planned that money for personal expenses.
