Royal Inn Douglasville

I paid for a jacuzzi suit and the front desk put us in a standard room i had to go back to the office then he put us in a room with just a king bed then i went back down to the office and had to argue about what i paid for and showed him my reservation and he still said he was not giving us the room until i said I'm requesting a refund from Expedia and getting a cheaper room he said no no her you go and gave us the correct room it was a big hassle and the we had to clean the jacuzzi tub before we could use it just overall unsatisfied

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable bed

The reviews didn’t look promising, but I thought I’d give it a try. The hotel has new beds. The manager lives on-site and went out of his way to be sure my room was clean. The area is a little bit shady, but there are tons of cameras around which keeps the crime down.

Bad experience

It is written “sofa bed” on your website! But I had to pay $20 for additional pillow and blanket for extra persons!

Hotel had dirty pillow cases, then door lock malfunctioned locked out of room.

Very nice staff and clean rooms! Even though the phone rang nonstop during my check-in the desk attendant remained patient, professional and kind.

I got a nine smoking room it smells like smoke along with other Awful odd smell. Will never pick that location ever again . It was rated as 21/2 star that should be rated 1
