Royal Inn Douglasville

This Inn is just not in the best of shape. Old and not kept up well especially outside. Our card readers kept messing up. Eventually quit working altogether. The staff had to call a locksmith to get us into our room at 9:30pm. Took over 20 minutes for us to get in. Didn't seem worth the price they charge. Lesson learned.

If your looking for a 5 star hotel this one is not for you. However, for a one or two night stay, worth the money. AC was cold, room was clean, beds were a bit small and mattress was firm...I personally didn't mind a firmer mattress. Microwave and fridge in the room and a nice large TV. We were pleased with our stay, even though the ratings don't reflect our experience. Not a large variety for breakfast but plenty of breakfast options very close to hotel.

Great service and quiet.

In the one night I was at this hotel, the cops were there twice for drug deals in the rooms. Very sketchy.

The woman front desk worker was pleasant. The breakfast area was locked at 7:20, when breakfast was supposed to served. The selection was really poor (2 kinds of cereal, waffle mix, and oj only), and wasn't stocked up, so it ran out after 2 people.The place looked dingy, but it didn't appear dirty.

This hotel works for a short stay; we stayed 1 night. The staff was very friendly & accomodating & the room was very clean, however, the walls were quite thin!

It was ok. But the cleanness and the check out can use much more attention.

Very friendly service, but the room smelled bad, and had a very loud air conditioner. The bed was a little stiff, but ok. Very overpriced for what it was.

Very old and dirty never go back, the air conditioner very noise I booked two night but I checked out next day I never had experienced in my life

the tv didn't work, vanity and the bathroom light didn't work and the pull out didn't have extra sheets andthe room had a stench. woke up to go get coffee because there was a sign in the office saying Breakfast 7-9am and under the sign there was a waffle iron to make waffles, cereal and a coffee maker so we figured Cool i can get the kids breakfast before we left... walked downstairs 8AM NO COFFEE, NO CEREAL NO COFFEE! I Will never stay here again.
