"Hotel close to Hiroshima Station."

8.0

The hotel is close to Hiroshima Station, and our room was on the 12th floor with excellent views of the river and the city. Room was very clean as per Japanese standards; toiletries, slippers and nightshirts were also provided. Staff were polite and helpful though it was not easy to communicate as their English was limited. We didn't have their breakfast which is extra so can't rate it. Overall, we would stay in this hotel again.

"Don't stay here, ever, please"

2.0

It was August in Hiroshima, my room air conditioner did not work, and they put me for a six-day stay in a room that did not have a window. Oh, wait, it had a frosted glass window that was about one foot square and that opened one-inch for a view of a huge air conditioning unit. Which by the way did not cool my room. The breakfast buffet was literally inedible--I have traveled all over East Asia and had many excellent breakfasts. The Japanese visitors were as dissatisfied as I was--I saw several complaining to the front desk. The location is good but that's about it. If you have any other options, don't stay here.

"Usual APA. Decent budget hotel"

6.0

Pretty much like another other APA hotel. Clean, functional, good amenities like toiletries, tea, kettle etc. Service is pretty much what you'd expect in Japan i.e. customer is king. Unlike other hotels of the APA chain, this one did not have laundry facilities. The room was small, even for Japan and smaller than other hotels in the APA chain. For only staying one night, it served it's purpose. Location wise, it's good for Hiroshima Station (3 minutes walk) and all it's shops or a few restaurants are also close by.

"Great location, good staff"

8.0

We had to stay overnight near the Hiroshima station and booked this hotel thru the app. It was easy to find, staff was friendly, and bed was good. Room was small, but it is Japan!

"Great for a quick bit of Hiroshima tourism."

8.0

This hotel is just a block or so from Hiroshima's main station, which made it very convenient for me. I came in by Shinkansen, and was in my hotel room very quickly. Being close to the main station makes it easy to pick up the tourism bus loop, along with many quick food options.

"handy to Shinkansen train station, decent room"

8.0

Very handy to Shinkansen train station, decent room. ok bed. very small Japanese style room but quite cozy! if you have a metric tonne of luggage, you will likely complain, but it was a decent little room with really nice views along the river! a bit difficult to find, it's across from the bicycle parking on the river a few blocks from the train station. a bit over priced, but decent.

"Decent hotel close to Hiroshima Station"

6.0

Good budget hotel but it was LOUD. My room faced out onto street and even with the window closed, it sounded like it was still open. There was no way to control the AC or heat from the room so as a result, it was a bit hot in the room.

In and out without a hitch. No fuss hoteling. A little pricey considering the size of the room but other than that would come again.

"Close to Jr Hiroshima but stinks of drain"

4.0

The room itself was very small with barely space to open your luggage. On the first day, the room smelled like drain and we had to open the window. The AC was not working so with the window open, it was noisy.
