Good location. Pleasant staff.

Not very clean. Bathroom not very clean. Restaurant not clean, food all over the floor and still there at breakfast. Breakfast very basic.

Lovely location outside of beautiful Dartmouth with lots of space and scenery. Great beauty spa, which was a surprise, but the pool was very small, and kids' swim time was when we went down, so we just had a great massage. Beds were comfy enough. The grounds are nice, but the exterior of the building was dirty. Good parking. Didn't see any big cats prowling from Dartmoor!

The building was rather dated and dirty/tatty in places that need some attention, both interior and exterior. Window areas need cleaning in rooms, restaurant etc. Food was ok but nothing special, Bar was limited and with a large group of golfers/stag party the staff struggled to cope. We were overcharged for drinks that never arrived which we got refunded and then left. We had a superior room and it felt more like a basic Travel Lodge, unfortunately but higher room rates and stained sheets.

Had a nice view from our room, Easy to get to Clean Food was very good

Reception staff on arrival were very friendly, staff on reception when we left were not friendly.
