Easy & Simple Online pre-check; Other than that it was a bed to sleep in.

There was hardly any conversation or welcome by front desk upon arrival; The room key was handed to us without advising any additional information. Key card jammed opening the door. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and a terrible spackle job. Dirty towels; The nose from other guests on premises as well as traffic was unbearable.

The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog and the carpet powder you used to hide smells and window was open. So we asked for another room which was above the pub and was loud until about 1am. Breakfast was verrrry limited and the poor front desk guy was also refilling everything so it was all empty often and he was having to run around to fix it.

Close to the college, nice town, beds were comfy and clean

First room they put us in smelled horrible so we switched and ended up in a room over the pub so it was loud til about 1am music and crowds. Breakfast was very limited and the poor front desk guy was also taking care of refilling it so it was slow.

Noisy guests from bar/ restaurant outside front entrance late at night. Dirty/ greasy/ stained curtains Limited interaction with staff - check in and out online by self Received our key from the front desk clerk and we were given the okay to go check into our room. Surprised to arrived at the room with a construction worker in the bathroom, fixing something in the shower. Waited a few minutes in the hallway in order for him to finish and were given the okay to enter our room, everything was supposedly fixed (many pieces of duct tape remained on shower shelf). Entered the bathroom to find a toilet full of urine, not flushed. Gross

Customer service was great, beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and it was very nice to receive drink vouchers at time of arrival. And the price of the room was great.. Also,parking was safe and didn't cost.

The only thing we had a problem with,,was a free breakfast was promised, and other than yogurt, there was nothing. And no coffee.
