The door to the patio was difficult to open
Walls were paper thin. It was great to hear the noisy neighbors all the time. It was great having turn up the volume on the tv or have my kids put in ear plugs so they didn't hear the couple loudly having sex next door. Left the first day to find the door didn't lock. Front office just said maintenance doesn't work weekends. Who cares if the room is unlocked was the attitude. Luckily nothing was atolen and thr lock was fixed.
The view from room balcony was spectacular. The staff were friendly and the bedding and sheets were clean but the room was pretty disgusting, especially the floor, shower stall and fridge. Fortunately, K-Mart was having a closing down sale so I got cleaning supplies cheap. I did mention the issue of human hair in every space you can imagine, and was told they would sweep, which apparently they did since they agreed they had found a lot of it. They did not find it all, which is why I went out and bought a broom and wet mops. I could have made a fuss but didn’t want the aggravation. I’m hoping the issue will be addressed for future guests, but I did see after the event a similar review posted a few months ago. I’ll also take the opportunity to mention that

Very quiet area, and everyone was very friendly. The food was disappointing. I ordered wings during happy hour and i was not happy. The wings were still bleeding. The beach was relaxing but you'll need beach shoes do to the stones. A good screening could help. The rooms are not updated but for the price compared to the Buccaneer it's okay. Last but not least, our flight was leaving at 4pm so i requested a 2hr extension. At $25 and hour i was willing to pay the additional fee but i was told that i had to go through Expedia. I don't understand that. I had cash, plus i booke through HOTELS.com! Anyway I'll try to upload the pics of the chicken.
USWith the ground floor room, I could get to the deep end bar and pool on my Mobility Scooter. Nice view of the ocean from my room.
The only thing was grounds needed cleaned and trimmed. But all in all beautiful!

Such a beautiful stay. Watched the sunrise early, massage, Caribbean show. My family loved it
