This was our 2nd stay here. The office staff are great. The rooms are okay, the bathrooms are tiny with small showers. The main issue is the restaurant and bar-while on resort property not part of resort, so make sure you take your credit card. The people who work in restaurant/bar leave a lot to be desired, except one bartender that works week nights, the guy on Sundays is beyond horrible. The restaurant to start has a very limited menu and half the time part of this over priced, bland food is not available. If you want biscuits and gravy beware it can take up to an hour to get, they don't begin making it prior to opening. Eggs they only know how to cook well done. The bar is somewhat boring as it closes at 9 even on weekends. The best thing to do if you intend to enjoy drinks and supper out is to just go ahead and go to town. The food is 100% better, it is more reasonably priced. The beach is okay although there is only a small area can enter water but can snorkel off beach.
USThe room was excellent in space. We had an ocean view, swing in the room nice space, bathroom was clean, refrigerator, microwave, etc. the location was far out from everything.
Staff were very nice and accommodating but the restaurant could do with some updating. Food was decent, breakfast was great.

NZWe were looking for a staycation and this place met our needs. Some people for company (we were there in the off season) if you wanted them but no crowds, play with the water (snorkelling gear, kayaks, beach bumming, hammocks, loungers), bar and restaurant so we didn’t have to leave, generous sized room (40sqm) on the waterfront and you never tire of the view. Some of the staff were brilliant. We were met by some locals in the bar on the first night during happy hour and this time was the highlight of our stay. I’m not a cocktail person - but try their cocktails, you won’t know there’s alcohol in them (dangerous) and sooooo good. We had a gentle walk one night down the road about a mile to a bar/restaurant called “cheeseburger”. This place provided one of the two best meals we had while in Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico.
It’s an older place and I accept it may not be for everyone and a little isolated if you don’t have transport (you don’t need it once there). The alternate restaurant is about a mile’s walk - so not problematic, however there is no safe footpath or walking space for about 100 yards of it - so be careful - don’t let this stop you going it’s worth the walk.
Wonderful place to stay.
USOur ocean front room was the top draw, for us. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the access to the bar / restaurant on site and visited it a few times.
The only thing I can think of was a lack of attention to the grounds. We had weeds growing on our patio and also broken glass, for which we requested a broom to sweep up. Trash on the walkway remained there for most of our stay.
This resort was actually really nice. It has a pool. It has a bar. It has food breakfast lunch dinner. It was a wonderful day. Staff was very kind and nice and everybody was very helpful. The rooms were beautiful. They all look out to the ocean, which is fantastic.
