Hotel Sant Jordi

Lovely , homey ,basic hotel .Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking behind the building. Close to a beautiful local beach. ( note ...it is "clothing optional:)!!. I thought I would leave the windows open to enjoy the breeze off the water but the locals seem to think it is Ok to let their dogs stay out all night and back incessantly. Also the train track runs just behind the hotel. I recommend that you get the remote for the air conditioner from the front desk and keep your windows closed. Easy drive into the city centre and the front desk gave us great advice for a place to park at a low price.

This was the perfect start to our trip through Spain! Beautiful location on a quiet street, a beautiful sea view and a welcoming staff. Really enjoyed our stay and our time in Tarragona.

Property just outside the town close to a railway line which could not be heard when the windows were closed. Lovely views from the balcony which had two chairs and a table with ample room to move around. Overlooked the bay outside the town with tankers awaiting entry to the dock which provided a great deal of interest during the day and at night. Old town quite small but has lots of interesting Roman remains.

Very nice location within walking to the beach about .2 km away. The old town, which is the main tourist attraction, is best reached by car. We preferred staying away from the tourist area. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our room had a lovely ocean view and balcony to enjoy the view while sitting outside. The hotel staff were excellent...extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is free on the premises. We ate a delicious continental breakfast in the morning.

As usual this small hotel is more relaxing and comfortable than other more expensive in the area.

The service at the hotel was exceptionally good. Really nice people and very helpful. The balcony view was great!

Hotel was fine. Room faces the sea. No tea or coffee making facilities. Bus is very close by to get you into historical centre.

The staff was very friendly. The view of the sea was great. Good location for getting into Tarragona if you have a car.

Light, bright, clean, comfortable and simple. Staff kind , considerate and v professional. Dignified and helpful. Nice spacious room with sea view and balcony. Good access to pretty beach & lovely beach bar. Regular bus service into fascinating town. Loved it.
