This riad has stunning public spaces and a friendly and accommodating staff. The room we had was large with a big sitting area but it was a bit worn. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet had to be jiggled to get it to flush. The shower was good. The AC/heat unit was a puzzle to figure out and we have used many like this one. Not sure what the problem was to get it to our desired temperature. The spa treatment was satisfying. The breakfast was just OK compared to other hotels on this tour. Overall good not great.

When the door opens and the lady at reception accompanies you to the lobby, you immediately feel as if you have stepped into a “One Thousand and One Nights” palace. The staff move gracefully through the space, wearing beautiful, colorful garments—either burnous or traditional outfits with fez hats—which adds to the magical atmosphere. The cuisine is absolutely delicious.

At the beginning, a few things went wrong, which I quickly mentioned to the manager, Z. She was fabulous—she did not question anything I said and immediately took care of all my requests. I am very grateful to her. The masseuse, MJ, was extremely professional and very kind.
