Yeah it was ok, nothing special but it’s close to my friends

Some of the staff really didn't want to be there during our stay. Breakfast took 40 minutes and wasn't what we asked for both days. Room was clean and of very good size.

Great place. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again .

Booked a family room via Expedia, only to be given a twin room on arrival. This is our second visit to the Wishing Well and the second time we haven’t been given the room we had booked. Extremely disappointing. The room was ‘tired’; lots of edging on the cupboards coming off and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Room bland and in need of updating, bathroom outdated, bed not the greatest. But hey it was cheap.

The suite I booked needs a good clean and a lick of paint there was a collection of long blonde hairs on the cushions of the sofa, curtains fell off when opened not worth what a paid for a suite and with other suites I have been in have had a fridge.

Stag were friendly and helpful but no brow from room window

Budget hotel dated but clean. Pleasant staff and located on a busy route.

Was very good from start to end Food was disappointing And when mine was brought to me she put it down With such force the peas went all over And just said ops no sorry or anything and walked off I had steak pie a lot of crust and gravy and about two pieces of meat So wasn’t enjoyable and they ran out of carling fir my husband and Malibu for me So wasn’t good and we had invited family to join us so was rather embarrassing

Evening meal was poor. Up keep of dinning area was very poor. Rooms not cleaned everyday unless you asked. Junior staff not trained very well.
